Ex-Abu Ghraib tortured detainees "revive" their cases

Baghdad/ Iraq TradeLink: Four Iraqi ex-Abu Ghraib detainees called the Iraqi courts to "revive" their suits.

The detainees claimed that they were tortured during their detention periods by the US companies entitled to investigate the Iraqi prisoners.

The detainees claimed that the companies' officials connived with the US forces to facilitate their investigations and confessions.

They added that they were sexually abused and left naked in compulsory situations.

US courts rejected the claims that the US army was controlling the investigations made by the companies.
